Wednesdays
Track workout 6:30 p.m at UNC Belk Track. Directions: Coming from the Carrboro direction, follow South Rd. past the Bell Tower and Woolen Gym. Take a right at the intersection with Country Club Rd. Quickly bear right onto Ridge Rd. Drive past the law school. Parking for the field house will come up quickly on the right side just past the law school. The driveway is long to get to the track. Follow it all the way to the end to reach the track.
Thursdays
Women's only run 6:30 p.m. meeting at Fleet Feet Sports. Distance 2 - 5 miles. Women's training program run.
Sundays
8:00 a.m. meeting at Fleet Feet Sports. Distance 3 +. Often used as long run for half and full marathon distances.
Walks
